Techno Manager – Embedded Software/Firmware Delivery

Role summary: Own delivery management and technical coordination for three scrum teams working on embedded firmware for optical pluggable devices. Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, planning, reporting, quality, continuity and stakeholder coordination.

Must-have skills: Embedded software/firmware delivery experience; strong understanding of embedded C/C++; Agile/Scrum delivery; stakeholder management; technical leadership; progress reporting; risk and dependency management.

Preferred skills: Optical pluggables, coherent optics, telecom/networking domain, CMIS, OTN, DSP/line configuration, embedded Linux/RTOS, AI-assisted SDLC tools.
