Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor service sales, with a strong focus on major clients.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the semiconductor industry.
• Extensive network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage these connections to generate business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base within the semiconductor industry.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, aiming to enhance current revenue streams and acquire new accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
• Understand customer requirements and market trends to effectively position and promote the company’s products and solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
• Closing inbound leads and maintaining the sales pipeline by outbound calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to support customer needs and drive business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify opportunities for business growth.
